Sandals Butlers will assist you with unpacking your bags, carefully storing your clothes, storing your baggage out of sight, and pressing your garments after a room tour and optional resort orientation (this service is optional and complimentary on the first night only). Other check-in perks include giving you a personal cell phone so you can call them if you need something, and going through any particular needs so they can adjust to your preferences and provide a high-end individualized service.
Your butler’s job is to spend his or her time meeting all of your requests (no matter how insignificant or costly) and ensuring that all of your whims are met.
